Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped within 7 to 15 working days of receipt. We operate with a small, committed team, so occasional delays may occur during festivals or holidays. You will be notified of any delay.

We always respect your preferences. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we guarantee the quality and safety of our products. Once shipped, you will be notified via WhatsApp, email, or phone.

If you wish, you can choose your items through a video or photo call before shipping. We recommend India Post as our preferred shipping partner, but other courier options are available upon request.

For bulk orders, shipment terms will be finalized through discussion.

Product Damage / Loss

Products are packed and shipped with care. However, damages or losses during transit may occur despite our efforts.

Please inspect the package upon delivery and report any damage within 3 hours, with supporting photos or video. If reported promptly, we will resolve it through exchange or alternative arrangements.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 3 days of placement. After 3 days, packaging fees may be deducted.

Cancellations are accepted only up to one day before delivery confirmation. Order ID and reason must be provided.

Legal Notice

Uyirppu is protected under Indian law. Our websites (uyirppu.in, uyirppu.com, uyirppu.org) and logo are copyrighted.

Unauthorized use will face legal action. We only share educational, farming, and nature-related content.

Transactions follow Indian digital commerce laws. Disputes fall under Tamil Nadu jurisdiction.
